Lake Mary, FL. - 10 October 2006 The IMS Global Learning Consortium announced today that Ucompass.com, Inc. of Tallahassee, Florida, the provider of the Educator e-learning platform, has joined IMS as a Contributing Member. Ucompass.com, Inc. provides the learning platform and support services for the Florida Virtual School. In joining IMS, Ucompass.com, Inc. has committed to leveraging IMS's new digital content standard, Common Cartridge, backed by many of the leading educational publishers, in its products and services.
